Sautéed Shrimp & Bow Tie Pasta

Today, I decided to bake and cook a little bit so that I can have some healthy/yummy/quick choices for breakfast and lunch this week.

  

I cooked some shrimp on the skillet, sautéing it in light virgin olive oil, lemon juice (from a fresh lemon), and this all purpose house rub,that I get from H-E-B.

 I also cooked some bow tie pasta. I added this 4 cheese Italian style blend to the pasta instead of using sauce.

  Here is the finished product!
This meal was so good and very filling. I cooked enough to last for the rest of the week. I also baked some more of those pumpkin spice muffins. Can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow! 😊
